September 23, 2003: Putsch addressed the UN today begging for help with his failed policy in Iraq.  He asked congress for 87 billion last week.  David Letterman said that when you send in your check to the government remember Halliburton is spelled with 2 L's.  There is no plywood available for the victims of the latest hurricane, seems Cheney's Halliburton has bought it up and is sending it to Iraq billing the government (that's you and me by the way) at $87 per sheet.  Putsch, Wolfowitz and Cheney claim we have enough troops yet need 15,000 more from Europe.  What bushit.
